All emailed orders must be followed by a fax or a phone confirmation, or no action will be taken.
Prices quoted are for one color only.
Double price for two color and specify, i.e. White on red (White = inside, red = border).
Complete Precision Cut Order Form(s) and fax, mail, or notify us by phone if you decide to send your order via e-mail.
Phone orders and/or add-on/charge orders are not possible for any Precision Cut products, due to rapid processing.
"24-Hour Shipping" is normal and included in price.
Add 50% to price for "Same Day Shipping." Order must be received by 10:30 AM Central on same day.
Above shipping options apply to Precision Cut products only, and exclude any Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
Application Instructions are included with each Precision Cut order.
Shipping
All shipments are FOB our factory in Elgin, IL via UPS service of your choice.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Phone quotations are tentative and are subject to final confirmation upon our receipt of your complete order.
Phone Orders
For your convenience, we do accept phone orders. However, errors in products that have been custom manufactured for you as a result of a verbal order are at your risk.
Cancellations, Changes and Add-Ons
Every attempt will be made to honor your special requests, however, due to our fast turn around time, we may not always be able to accommodate you, and in some instances, additional charges may apply.
All transfers are charged as Standard Price (even if the design was a special when first ordered).
Payment Terms
Visa, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Company Check (after credit application) and COD are accepted payment options. PayPal™ will be accepted soon. Please note that if the credit card is declined at time of shipping and we are not able to contact you by phone, your order will ship COD Guaranteed funds. Order shipped with COD Guaranteed funds will include a Tag fee. Orders shipped with COD Company Check will include a UPS Tag feel Approved credit application for company checks is required. Open account terms are NET 15 Days (approved credit application required).
There is a $20.00 service charge for all NSF checks.
Order processing will be stopped without notice when invoices remain unpaid 45 days from their issue date. Processing will resume after the account balance is brought back to current.
Check the proofs supplied. Howard Sportswear Graphics Express, Inc. is not responsible for graphic errors, omissions, improper color(s) or design sizing after application to finished goods.
All items are custom manufactured to specifications provided. We hold no license rights, and can accept no liability for copyright or trademark infringement on designs submitted to us by you and manufactured for you. By submitting a design of a copyrighted or trademarked item to us, you warrant that you have been authorized by the copyright or trademark owner or its agents or representatives, to have that design manufactured by us on your behalf. If you have the rights to printing a copyrighted image, please email or fax a copy of it to us for us to have on file.
Your privacy is important to us. Howard Sportswear Graphics Express, Inc. will not knowingly sell, rent, or trade customer information with any external party without express written permission from its customers. For more details, visit our Privacy Policy.
There is a $10.00 charge when changing colors (ink or film).
We will match your color sample or Pantone Matching System (PMS) number for $20.00. As with all ink systems, slight color variations may occur from batch to batch.
We will notify the customer if a special design will require more than one hour per color. A minimum charge of $15.00 per half hour is required.
Standard and template orders with more than 15 words will carry a $0.20 per additional word charge.
We will send a proof via fax or a full-color proof via email at your request for a charge of $5.00 per proof. There is a $10.00 additional charge for order cancelled after the proof has been sent.

There is a $5.00 search charge for reorders placed without a proper Howard Sportswear Pattern Number.
